"Hut! Hut! Hike!" The Superbowl is coming up and those of us who have always struggled with weight issues know that the Super Bowl, like any other 'holiday' can always be an opportunity to go 'off plan' and 'cheat'. Why do we do this? It's like we allow ourselves to feel like it is a vacation from reality when we are gatherings for holidays or parties. Maybe we just want to feel 'normal' or like everyone else?
