The Super Bowl...of food?

The Superbowl is coming up and those of us who have always struggled with weight issues know that the Super Bowl, like any other 'holiday' can always be an opportunity to go 'off plan' and 'cheat'.
Why do we do this? It's like we allow ourselves to feel like it is a vacation from reality when we are gatherings for holidays or parties. Maybe we just want to feel 'normal' or like everyone else?
But here's the thing. We can feel like we are cheating! We can eat 'normally'! We can be normal because this isn't a diet. It truly is a lifestyle. If we took a food 'vacation' on every holiday or gathering/party we'd be on perpetual vacation! And we'd go back to the unhealthy habits that we are trying to curb!
Instead, stick to the plan! Make some keto-friendly super bowl eats to bring to your gathering. Eat the cheese and nuts and pepperoni! Eat the insides of that hoagie and toppings off of that pizza until you are totally satisfied! Don't feel deprived! You can do this. WE CAN DO THIS!
