Back in mid October, I polled you all on my Facebook Page, and asked you to vote on what FREE recipe you'd most like to see for November! An overwhelming 85% of you voted to receive these scrumptious Pumpkin-Pie Protein Snack Balls- and so...here they are!

It's November 1st and the holiday season is officially upon us! I am so thrilled to share with you all a favorite Fall snack of mine! These DELICIOUS Pumpkin-Pie Protein Snack Balls are no-bake, SUPER quick and easy to whip up and provide 5g of hunger-crushing protein (per snack ball!), making these the perfect holiday, or ANY day, fat-burning treat!

Make a double (or go crazy and triple these babies...you're going to LOVE them!), and get these in the freezer so you're prepared to handle those pumpkin pie cravings with something super satisfying AND super slimming!

*Suggested Serving Size is 2-4 Snack Balls

Recipe Makes 8 Protein Snack Balls

•INGREDIENTS•

•1 Scoop (Plain or Vanilla) Whey Protein Isolate

•56-g (1/2 Cup) Coconut Flour

•1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

•1 TBSP (powdered) Sweetener of Choice (reduce or increase to taste)

•1/2 tsp Cinnamon

•3 TBSP Pumpkin Pie Puree

•1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

•1/4-1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond or Cashew Milk

•DIRECTIONS•

1.) Combine all dry ingredients (whey protein isolate through cinnamon) and stir well.

2.) Mix all wet ingredients in a separate except nut milk and blend together until smooth and uniform.

3.) Stir your combined wet ingredients into your dry ingredients, and blend until smooth and well combined (mixture will be dry).

4.) Slowly stir in your unsweetened nut milk and continue pouring it in slowly while mixing until you've reached your desired "dough" texture.

5.) Once dough is homogeneous and smooth, shape it into balls 8 medium-size balls.

6.) Pop your dough balls into the freezer to firm up for 20-30 minutes, and then enjoy!

*I keep these in the freezer and enjoy 2-3 at a time for a delicious snack or dessert. To thaw after a long freeze, simply leave the balls out at room temp for ten minutes or so before enjoying.
