Quick & Easy One Skillet (Cauli) Fried Rice


Enjoy this quick and easy one skillet meal that goes from stove to dinner table in under 20 minutes! This is also delicious served with shrimp,chicken, or beef too! Court's Easy One Skillet Pork Fried (Cauli) Rice Serves: 2 Ingredients: 300 grams Cauliflower Crumbles 1/3 C. Green Onion slivers 4 T Coconut Aminos 2 T Bragg's Liquid Aminos 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Asian Spice Blend (optional) 2 eggs; beaten 8 oz (raw) pork loin chops; diced 1.5 T Toasted Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Directions: Heat 1/2 T Sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Literally season your pork loin chops with garlic, onion, salt and pepper (to taste- not using amounts listed above). Fry diced pork until well done. Move pork to one side of wok, and quickly scramble your eggs on the other half of wok until almost done- do not over cook. Remove egg from work. Add remaining 1 T oil to pan and fry the green onion. Next add cauli-rice crumbles and wok-fry for 3-5 minutes. Add seasonings and soy sauce and mix well while continuing to wok-fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in chopped scramble egg, and divide evenly on two plates and enjoy!
