*Calories: 105    Fat: 3 grams    Effective Carbohydrate: 5 grams   Protein: 12 grams

Ingredients:

• 4 oz (Softened) 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese 

•4 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt

•1 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree

•3 T. Pure Vanilla Extract

•3-5 T. Lemon Juice

•2-4 T. Water

•1-1.5 Cup Granular Sweetener of Choice

•1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

• 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

•(optional topping): 1/2 T. Chopped Pecans 

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients (except optional pecan topping) into a bowl and blend with a hand or stand mixer until well combined. Measure out into 10 equal portions, and top (if desired) with optional 1/2 T. chopped pecans.
