Court's Fat-Burning Protein Coffee {BLISSful Recipe}
Going to share a slightly TMI tip that I think we can all relate to and can be helpful. Having trouble "going?" Try my Fat-Burning coffee! Here's my staple recipe! Sip slowly over the course of 20-40 minutes, and typically a BM follows within an hour. Works like clockwork.
Court's Fat-Burning Protein Coffee
8oz STRONG hot brewed coffee Pinch of baking soda 1/2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil (or MCT oil) 1.5 tbsp heavy cream Truvia to taste (or your favorite approved sweetener) 1/4 tsp caramel extract 1 level scoop Genepro
Brew coffee then (the order of steps is important for seamless blending) 1- add pinch of baking powder and whisk 2- add coconut oil and whisk until totally smooth 3- add cream and whisk until smooth 4- add caramel and whisk 5- add protein powder and whisk- not stir- until smooth THEN stir in sweetener.
